is in there.
When u win the race, you will see the front part of the car,
but when u lose or retire, you see the rear part of the car.

| 26. Tune up the car for free |

1. Change the setting not to save automatically.
2. Have the car that you want to tune up.
3. Have 5000.
4. Drive the car that you want to tune up.(it can be prize car)
5. Drive any other car at HOME.
6. Save the data.
7. Change to the car that you want to tune up.
8. Buy any parts that you want at the shop.
9. Buy any brand new car, and change the car to the new one.
10. Press Reset on PS2.
11. Start the game.
12. Go to HOME, and change to the car that is tuned up.
The cash you have is same as the time you save at 6.
But you have all the parts that you bought at 8.
Don't forget to buy all the tires and parts.

If you forget to do step 4, after the reset, it fails sometimes.

1. Change the setting not to be saved automatically.

3. Go back to HOME and press start.
4. When you see the tuning menu, cancel it immediately.
5. Now back to HOME, change to the another car.
6. Save.
7. Change to the car that you want to tune up.
8. Buy a car(new or old)
9. Reset
10. Start the game immediately, and change to the car that is tuned up.
(It should be done by here)
If it's not tuned, repeat from step 7.
If you want to tune up another car, start from step 2 again.
* step 3 can be replaced by exiting from GT MODE and entering to the GT

For one lap tests, just before the corner, you would see the numbers flashing just above the shift.
That's the recommended number of shift or the timing to step on the break.
You still need to think the line but you could refer to those numbers.

There is weight of fuel. In a long race, refuel as the fuel would be left
only a little when the next pit in.
All the cars have 80.
See how much it used til the first pit. (Say 35)
There will be about 10 left by the second pit in, so when the fuel gets
about 37, press X.
Lightening the car means a lot to the races.

then it's easy to clear.
Shift down at the moment it hits the wall, then the car doesn't slow down.
But don't shift down and angle too much.

When you buy the car, do not add any parts to it. Not even changing oil
or the adding wings.
Participate in Family Cup and make the level of rival car to +10.
In Weight Balance Control, make weight of ballast to +200.
Order of the race is Hard Push at first, and overtake rivals.
After that you could change it to relax.
Moreover, you don't need to drive til the reversed course.
